Treatment #4 and Test Results

I am at the hospital for my 4th chemo treatment.  I am doing this one as an inpatient because they want to monitor my heart and get me extra fluids before I go home.  It is 2:00 and I have not started my treatment though.  I can see that I am going to need extra patience.  The nurses are incredibly nice though and I am getting a lot of things done on the computer while I am waiting.

I did get my ultrasound and PET scan results though.

They did see something on my thyroid ultrasound and would like to do a fine needle biopsy.  They did not seem to be too concerned though.

The GREAT news is that the PET scan came back clear.  Everything looked great!!!!

Anyways, my spirits are high and I know that is partly because of all the prayers going up on my behalf.  Thanks again to everyone that is praying with us through this journey.  I will say it again: It is so amazing to know that we have an huge and incredible family in Christ that is here to support us along the way.  YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!  and we are increbily blessed.  I am thanking God everyday for the works He is doing through this awful thing called cancer.

By the way, Cancun was awesome.  I did not get too tired and was able to enjoy and relax by the pool and beach every day of the trip.  I loved visiting with the people that Josh works with every day and their spouses. It is always so nice to be able to celebrate their successes together.  We have been truly blessed through the company he works for and all the incredible people he works with.  I think I gained at least 5 pounds while I was there also.  The food was great and plentiful.

We are also about a week away from closing on the house and we are so excited!!!  I will be posting more about the days we will be moving and the things we plan to do on those days.  We would truly appreciate any help we could get.

Love, ME
